At Aptiz Solution, we believe in transparent, fair, and professional billing practices. This Payment Policy outlines the terms and conditions related to payments for services rendered.


1. Quotation and Pricing

  • All services are priced as per the scope of work discussed and agreed upon in advance through official proposals or estimates.

  • Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes, which will be added as per government norms.


2. Payment Terms

  • 50% advance payment is required to initiate the project.

  • Remaining 50% on project completion, before final handover or deployment.

  • For long-term or phased projects, milestone-based payments will be defined and agreed upon in writing.


3. Accepted Payment Methods

  • Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS)

  • UPI Payments

  • Other methods as agreed upon (PayPal, Razorpay, etc.)

Bank details and payment instructions will be shared on the invoice.


4. Late Payments

  • Delayed payments beyond the due date may incur a late fee of 2% per month or service suspension until cleared.

  • Final deliverables will not be transferred or deployed until full payment is received.


5. Refund Policy

  • Payments made are non-refundable once a project phase or milestone is approved and work has commenced.

  • In the event of project cancellation, work done till date will be billed proportionally.


6. Invoice & Receipts

  • An official invoice will be issued upon each payment.

  • Receipts will be shared for all completed transactions upon request.


7. Jurisdiction

Any disputes related to payment shall be governed under the jurisdiction of Bokaro, Jharkhand, India.
